Affiliate Partner Policy

• Affiliate Partner बनने के लिए व्यक्ति की आयु 18 वर्ष या उससे अधिक होनी चाहिए।
• Partner को सही और valid information के साथ अपना account रखना होगा।
• एक व्यक्ति को एक ही genuine Affiliate Partner account रखना चाहिए।
• RCM DREAM STORE किसी application/account को approve या reject करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है।

Affiliate Partners को eligible products/orders पर 10% से 20% तक commission मिल सकता है।

Product के अनुसार commission amount अलग-अलग हो सकता है।

कुछ eligible products पर commission लगभग ₹9 से ₹100 या उससे अधिक भी हो सकता है, product और applicable commission rate के अनुसार।

Commission केवल eligible और successfully completed orders पर लागू होगा।

Commission rates समय-समय पर product, offer या program conditions के अनुसार बदले जा सकते हैं।

• Affiliate Partner अपने account से affiliate link प्राप्त करता है।
• Partner उस link को अपने audience के साथ share करता है।
• Customer affiliate link के माध्यम से eligible product खरीदता है।
• Order successfully process/deliver होने के बाद applicable commission calculate किया जाता है।
• Valid commission partner के affiliate account में add किया जाता है।
• Eligible balance payout के लिए उपलब्ध होने पर partner withdrawal request कर सकता है।

Minimum payout amount ₹50 है।

यदि affiliate balance ₹50 या उससे अधिक है, तो partner payout के लिए eligible हो सकता है।

Pending, cancelled, refunded या disputed orders की commission payout के लिए eligible नहीं हो सकती।

Affiliate earnings का payout उपलब्ध और verified payment details के अनुसार किया जा सकता है:

• UPI
• Bank Account Direct Transfer
• Bank Transfer
• अन्य उपलब्ध payment methods

Affiliate payout processing का सामान्य समय:

Eligible payout को उपलब्ध processing schedule के अनुसार process किया जा सकता है।

कुछ cases में verification, bank processing, technical issues, holidays, order verification या अन्य operational reasons के कारण payout में delay हो सकता है।

यदि affiliate के माध्यम से आया order cancel, returned या refunded हो जाता है, तो उस order की commission को deduct, reverse या cancel किया जा सकता है।

किसी order पर commission पहले से credited होने के बाद return/refund होने पर वह commission affiliate balance से adjust की जा सकती है।

केवल genuine और successfully completed eligible orders को final commission के लिए consider किया जाएगा।

Affiliate Partner अपने affiliate link का उपयोग करके स्वयं order कर सकता है।

हालांकि:

• Order genuine होना चाहिए।
• Fake, duplicate या manipulated orders allowed नहीं हैं।
• केवल commission प्राप्त करने के उद्देश्य से unusual या fraudulent ordering activity पाए जाने पर commission cancel की जा सकती है।
• Suspicious activity की स्थिति में account review किया जा सकता है।

Affiliate Partners अपने affiliate links को विभिन्न legitimate platforms पर promote कर सकते हैं, जैसे:

Affiliate Program में निम्न activities prohibited हैं:

• Fake orders बनाना
• Fake customer accounts बनाना
• Multiple accounts बनाकर system को manipulate करना
• Fraudulent transactions
• Commission manipulation
• Fake clicks या artificial traffic generate करना
• Spam messages या unwanted bulk promotion
• Misleading advertisements
• RCM DREAM STORE की गलत information देकर promotion करना
• किसी अन्य व्यक्ति की identity या payment information का गलत उपयोग करना
• System, tracking या affiliate commission mechanism को manipulate करने का प्रयास करना

Affiliate Partner को केवल अपने authorized affiliate account से generated affiliate links का उपयोग करना चाहिए।

Commission tracking system में technical limitations, browser settings, device settings, cookies, tracking failures या अन्य technical reasons के कारण हर transaction track होना guaranteed नहीं है।

Affiliate Partner अपने account की login details, password, OTP और अन्य account information को सुरक्षित रखने के लिए स्वयं जिम्मेदार है।

• अपना password या OTP किसी अन्य व्यक्ति के साथ share न करें।
• यदि account में unauthorized activity दिखाई देती है, तो तुरंत RCM DREAM STORE Support से संपर्क करें।

RCM DREAM STORE समय-समय पर निम्न को update या modify कर सकता है:

• Commission rate
• Eligible products
• Promotional offers
• Payout rules
• Affiliate program conditions

Updated policy या program conditions future transactions पर लागू हो सकती हैं।

यदि कोई Affiliate Partner program rules का उल्लंघन करता है, fraudulent activity करता है या program का misuse करता है, तो RCM DREAM STORE बिना या उचित notice के account को suspend या terminate कर सकता है, जहाँ लागू हो।

Affiliate Program में earning आपकी promotion, customer interest, successful eligible orders और applicable commission rates पर निर्भर करती है।

RCM DREAM STORE किसी भी fixed या guaranteed income की guarantee नहीं देता।

RCM DREAM STORE आवश्यकता के अनुसार इस Affiliate Partner Policy को update कर सकता है।

Partners को समय-समय पर latest policy check करने की सलाह दी जाती है।

Program में participation जारी रखने का अर्थ updated terms की acceptance माना जा सकता है, जहाँ applicable हो।

RCM DREAM STORE Affiliate Partner Program में registration या participation करके Affiliate Partner यह स्वीकार करता है कि उसने इस policy को पढ़ा और समझा है तथा program के applicable rules और guidelines का पालन करेगा।
