🔄 Refund & Return Policy
1. No Refunds
As all our products are delivered digitally or as confirmed orders, we do not accept returns or provide refunds after a successful purchase. Once a product has been downloaded, the sale is considered final.
2. Exceptions for Refunds or Replacements
We will only process a refund or replacement in the following cases:
- ✅ Corrupt or Unusable File: If the downloaded file is damaged or cannot be accessed, we will provide a working replacement at no extra cost.
- ✅ Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive a different product due to a system error, we will replace it with the correct product.
- ✅ Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, we will verify the transaction and issue a refund for the extra payment.
1. If approved, replacement will be done within 2 business days.
2. If approved, the refund will be credited to your bank account within 10 business days.

Orders will be delivered within 7–10 business days.
