Affiliate Prohibited Activities Policy

Affiliate Partner fake या fabricated orders generate नहीं कर सकता। ऐसे orders जो केवल commission प्राप्त करने के उद्देश्य से बनाए गए हों और genuine customer purchase न हों, prohibited हैं।

किसी भी प्रकार की fraudulent transaction, payment manipulation या intentionally invalid transaction strictly prohibited है।

Affiliate system को manipulate करने के लिए निम्न activities prohibited हैं:

• Fake customer accounts बनाना
• Multiple artificial accounts ऑपरेट करना
• Duplicate affiliate accounts खोलना
• किसी अन्य व्यक्ति की identity का गलत उपयोग करना

Affiliate Partner commission system को manipulate करने का प्रयास नहीं कर सकता। इसमें शामिल है:

• Artificial orders & Duplicate transactions
• Tracking manipulation & Fake referrals
• Commission-generating schemes
• System loopholes का जानबूझकर misuse करना

Affiliate links पर artificially clicks या traffic generate करना prohibited है (जैसे Automated clicks, Bots, Click-exchange services, Fake traffic, un-authorized Incentivized traffic)।

Affiliate links का spam करना prohibited है। इसमें शामिल हैं:

• Unwanted WhatsApp messages & Bulk promotional messages
• Repeated unsolicited messages & Automated spam
• Irrelevant groups में बार-बार links डालना
• लोगों को बिना अनुमति promotional content भेजना

Affiliate Partner product या offer के बारे में Fake discount, Fake offer, Fake guarantee, गलत product/price information या ऐसी जानकारी नहीं दे सकता जो customer को गलत decision लेने के लिए प्रेरित करे।

Affiliate Partner यह दावा नहीं कर सकता कि Affiliate Program से हर व्यक्ति निश्चित income earn करेगा (जैसे: “हर व्यक्ति ₹50,000 guaranteed कमाएगा” या “यहाँ से रोज निश्चित ₹5,000 income मिलेगी”)। ऐसे दावे strictly prohibited हैं।

Fake reviews, Fake testimonials, Fake customer feedback, या Fake/Edited earning & payment screenshots का उपयोग prohibited है। Real experience share करते समय information truthful होनी चाहिए।

Affiliate Partner खुद को RCM DREAM STORE का Owner, Employee, Official representative या Management member बताकर promote नहीं कर सकता, जब तक उसे official authorization न प्राप्त हो।

RCM DREAM STORE के logo, brand name, images, या promotional material का misleading उपयोग prohibited है। Partner ऐसा impression नहीं दे सकता कि उसकी personal site/page ही official website है।

Affiliate links को इस तरह disguise या redirect नहीं किया जाना चाहिए जिससे customer को destination के बारे में गलत जानकारी मिले।

ऐसे paid ads prohibited हैं जो misleading हों, brand impersonation करें, unauthorized trademark bidding करें, या platform rules का उल्लंघन करें।

Affiliate Partner ऐसे coupon, discount या offer का दावा नहीं कर सकता जो RCM DREAM STORE द्वारा officially authorized नहीं है। Expired offer को active बताकर promote करना भी prohibited है।

Self-order allowed होने के बावजूद affiliate system का abuse prohibited है। बार-बार artificial self-orders या multiple accounts से केवल commission generate करने की कोशिश को abuse माना जाएगा।

Fake referrals, Duplicate referrals, Forced referrals, Artificial registrations या Referral tracking manipulation करना पूर्णतः अनुचित है।

बिना उचित authorization के किसी customer की personal information (Mobile number, Email, Address, Payment/Login Info) को collect, sell, share या misuse करना prohibited है।

किसी customer या अन्य user से password, OTP या confidential login information मांगना या उसका उपयोग करना strictly prohibited है।

Promotion में ऐसे links, files या code का उपयोग prohibited है जो customer के device, account या data को नुकसान पहुँचा सकते हैं।

Affiliate Partner इस Program का उपयोग किसी illegal activity को promote या support करने के लिए नहीं कर सकता। सभी गतिविधियाँ applicable laws के अनुसार होनी चाहिए।

Harassing, Abusive, Threatening, Hate-based, Defamatory या किसी व्यक्ति/organization को नुकसान पहुँचाने वाले content का उपयोग promotion के लिए prohibited है।

जिस भी platform पर promotion किया जा रहा हो, उसकी terms और policies का पालन करना अनिवार्य है। Rules तोड़ने पर promotion action लिया जा सकता है।

Keyword stuffing, Cloaking, Fake pages, Automated spam pages, Duplicate doorway pages, Manipulative redirects या Artificial backlinks के माध्यम से SEO manipulation prohibited है।

Affiliate tracking या attribution को manipulate करने के लिए unauthorized techniques या customer purchase को artificially redirect करने का प्रयास prohibited है।

किसी अन्य व्यक्ति, company, brand या organization की गलत identity बनाकर promotion करना prohibited है।

बिना permission के bulk promotional emails भेजना या spam email marketing करना prohibited है। Anti-spam laws का पालन अनिवार्य है।

किसी अन्य Affiliate Partner के Account, Links, Commission, Dashboard या Login info को access या misuse करने का प्रयास strictly prohibited है।

Website, affiliate dashboard, tracking system या किसी technical system में Unauthorized access, Security bypass, Exploit, या Technical abuse करना prohibited है।

Fraud का केवल successful होना ही violation नहीं है। Fraud करने का प्रयास या system को intentionally manipulate करने का प्रयास भी severe policy violation माना जाएगा।

यदि RCM DREAM STORE को किसी prohibited activity का evidence या reasonable suspicion मिलता है, तो निम्न actions लिए जा सकते हैं:

• Commission को hold, reject, reverse या deduct करना
• Withdrawal request रोकना
• Affiliate account को review में रखना या suspend करना
• Affiliate account को permanently terminate करना

Investigation के दौरान संबंधित commission या payout को temporarily hold किया जा सकता है। Review पूरा होने के बाद ही eligible amount process होगी।

Affiliate Program का उपयोग केवल legitimate product promotion और eligible commission earning के लिए करें। किसी भी सुविधा का abuse prohibited है।

यदि किसी Partner को system में fraudulent activity दिखाई देती है, तो Support Team को सूचित करें:

RCM DREAM STORE आवश्यकता के अनुसार इस Prohibited Activities Policy को update या modify कर सकता है। Partners को समय-समय पर latest policy check करने की सलाह दी जाती है।
