Affiliate Promotion Guidelines

Affiliate Partners अपने affiliate links को legitimate और permitted platforms पर promote कर सकते हैं, जैसे:

• WhatsApp & Telegram
• Facebook & Instagram
• YouTube & X (Twitter)
• Websites, Blogs & Online Communities
• अन्य Social Media Platforms

हर platform के अपने rules और policies हो सकते हैं। Affiliate Partner को संबंधित platform के terms का भी पालन करना होगा।

Affiliate Partner social media पर Product links, Product information, Product images/videos, Reviews, Educational content, Promotional posts, Stories/Status, और Reels/Shorts के माध्यम से promotion कर सकता है।

Promotion में दी गई information सही और स्पष्ट होनी चाहिए।

Affiliate Partner WhatsApp पर Status, Personal conversations, Relevant groups, और Broadcasts (जहाँ उचित और permitted हो) के माध्यम से affiliate links share कर सकता है।

Affiliate Partner Facebook पर Posts, Stories, Reels, Relevant Groups, Pages और अन्य permitted features के माध्यम से links का उपयोग कर सकता है।

किसी group या community में promotion करने से पहले उसके rules का पालन करें।

Affiliate Partner Instagram पर Posts, Stories, Reels, Bio और अन्य permitted features द्वारा promotion कर सकता है।

जहाँ affiliate disclosure की आवश्यकता हो, वहाँ appropriate disclosure देना चाहिए।

Affiliate Partner YouTube पर Videos, Shorts, Description, Community Posts और अन्य permitted features के माध्यम से products promote कर सकता है।

Product के बारे में गलत, exaggerated या unverified claims नहीं करने चाहिए।

Affiliate links को relevant Telegram channels/groups और online communities में promote किया जा सकता है, जहाँ promotional links की अनुमति हो।

Community rules का उल्लंघन करके affiliate link share नहीं करना चाहिए।

Affiliate Partner अपनी website या blog पर Product reviews, Product guides, Articles, Product comparisons, Educational content और Banner/link placements के माध्यम से promotion कर सकता है।

Content original, useful और truthful होना चाहिए।

Affiliate Partner को product promotion करते समय केवल सही और verifiable information का उपयोग करना चाहिए। इन प्रकार के claims से बचें:

• False benefits & Fake guarantees
• Fake discounts & Misleading product information
• Unverified health claims
• Guaranteed earning claims
• Fake customer reviews

Affiliate Partner अपनी earning को promote करते समय ऐसा दावा नहीं कर सकता कि: “हर व्यक्ति निश्चित रूप से ₹10,000 / ₹50,000 / ₹1,00,000 कमाएगा।”

Affiliate earnings individual performance, eligible sales और applicable commission rates पर depend करती हैं। Fixed या guaranteed income का दावा नहीं किया जाना चाहिए।

Affiliate Partner Fake customer reviews, Fake testimonials, Fake screenshots, Fake payment proofs या Fake earning proofs बनाकर या share करके promotion नहीं कर सकता।

Real experience share करते समय information truthful होनी चाहिए।

निम्न activities पूरी तरह से वर्जित (prohibited) हैं:

• Unwanted bulk messages & Repeated promotional messages
• Automated spam & Fake accounts से promotion
• लोगों को बार-बार परेशान करना
• Irrelevant groups में links डालना & बिना permission messages भेजना

Affiliate promotion हमेशा responsible और respectful तरीके से होना चाहिए।

Affiliate Partner को ऐसा link या message नहीं बनाना चाहिए जिससे customer को लगे कि वह किसी अलग official page या service पर जा रहा है जबकि वास्तव में वह affiliate link हो।

Affiliate link को misleading तरीके से disguise नहीं करना चाहिए।

RCM DREAM STORE के brand name, logo, images और promotional materials का उपयोग केवल legitimate affiliate promotion के लिए किया जाना चाहिए।

Affiliate Partner को ऐसा impression नहीं देना चाहिए कि वह RCM DREAM STORE का owner, official employee या authorized company representative है जब तक कि उसे ऐसा official authorization प्राप्त न हो।

यदि Affiliate Partner paid advertising का उपयोग करना चाहता है, तो advertisement truthful, compliant और applicable advertising/platform policies के अनुसार होना चाहिए।

Brand bidding, trademark advertising या किसी restricted keyword पर paid advertising केवल applicable permission/terms के अनुसार किया जाना चाहिए।

Affiliate Partner SEO के माध्यम से affiliate products promote कर सकता है। लेकिन निम्न activities prohibited हैं:

• Keyword stuffing & Fake pages
• Duplicate content & Misleading titles
• Cloaking & Manipulative redirects
• Search engine manipulation

Affiliate Partner केवल वही discount, offer या coupon promote करे जो RCM DREAM STORE द्वारा officially available या authorized हो।

Expired या invalid offer को active offer के रूप में promote नहीं करना चाहिए।

Affiliate Partner को customers की personal information (Mobile Number, Email, Address, Payment Info) को बिना उचित authorization के collect, store, share या misuse नहीं करना चाहिए।

Affiliate links को ऐसे content के साथ promote नहीं किया जाना चाहिए जो Illegal, Fraudulent, Harassing, Abusive, Hate-based, Misleading या किसी व्यक्ति या organization को नुकसान पहुँचाने वाला हो।

Affiliate Partner अपने personal social media accounts, website और online audience के माध्यम से promotion कर सकता है। Self-promotion allowed है, लेकिन spam या misleading promotion allowed नहीं है।

जहाँ applicable law या platform rules के अनुसार affiliate relationship disclose करना आवश्यक हो, Affiliate Partner को उचित disclosure देना चाहिए।

Affiliate Partner का उद्देश्य केवल link share करना नहीं बल्कि customer को useful और accurate information देना होना चाहिए।

यदि Affiliate Partner इन guidelines का उल्लंघन करता है, तो RCM DREAM STORE:

• Promotional activity की review कर सकता है।
• Commission hold कर सकता है।
• Invalid commission reverse कर सकता है।
• Affiliate account temporarily suspend या permanently terminate कर सकता है।

Affiliate Partner जिस भी platform पर promotion करता है, उसे उस platform की current policies और terms का पालन करना होगा।

RCM DREAM STORE आवश्यकता के अनुसार Affiliate Promotion Guidelines को update या modify कर सकता है। Partners को समय-समय पर latest guidelines check करने की सलाह दी जाती है।
