Affiliate Commission Policy

Affiliate Partners को eligible products पर 10% से 20% तक commission मिल सकता है।

Commission rate product के अनुसार अलग-अलग हो सकता है और किसी particular product पर applicable rate Affiliate Dashboard में दिखाया जा सकता है।

कुछ products पर commission लगभग ₹9 से ₹100 या उससे अधिक हो सकता है, जो product price और applicable commission rate पर निर्भर करेगा।

Commission की calculation eligible order के applicable value और उस product के commission rate के आधार पर की जाती है।

Commission सामान्यतः ऐसे orders पर consider की जाएगी जो:

• Affiliate link/referral के माध्यम से आए हों।
• Genuine customer order हों।
• Successfully processed हों।
• Cancelled या refunded न हों।
• Fraudulent या suspicious activity से जुड़े न हों।
• Affiliate tracking system में successfully track हुए हों।

नए eligible order की commission तुरंत withdrawable नहीं हो सकती।

Order को पहले verification/processing period से गुजरना पड़ सकता है। इस दौरान commission को Pending Commission के रूप में दिखाया जा सकता है।

Order successfully completed और applicable verification conditions पूरी होने के बाद commission Approved/Available Commission में बदल सकती है।

जब order successfully completed हो जाता है और कोई cancellation, return, refund या अन्य issue नहीं होता, तो applicable commission को approve किया जा सकता है।

Approved commission Affiliate Partner के available earning balance में शामिल की जा सकती है।

यदि affiliate के माध्यम से आया order customer या किसी अन्य कारण से cancel हो जाता है, तो उस order की commission:

• Approve नहीं की जाएगी, या
• पहले से credited होने पर reverse/deduct की जा सकती है।

यदि किसी order को customer द्वारा return या refund किया जाता है, तो उस order की commission final earning में शामिल नहीं की जा सकती।

यदि commission पहले ही affiliate account में add हो चुकी है, तो RCM DREAM STORE उस commission को reverse, deduct या adjust कर सकता है।

यदि system को unusual ordering pattern, fake orders, repeated manipulation या केवल commission generate करने के उद्देश्य से activity दिखाई देती है, तो commission को review, cancel या reverse किया जा सकता है।

एक Affiliate Partner द्वारा किए गए genuine multiple orders को applicable program conditions के अनुसार commission मिल सकती है।

हालांकि, artificial, duplicate या manipulated orders को eligible commission में शामिल नहीं किया जाएगा।

Commission tracking affiliate referral/link tracking system के माध्यम से की जाती है।

हर transaction का tracking होना guaranteed नहीं है क्योंकि tracking पर browser settings, cookies, device settings, technical issues और अन्य external factors का प्रभाव पड़ सकता है।

यदि affiliate link properly track नहीं होता है, तो commission automatically generate नहीं हो सकती।

Affiliate Partner के लिए minimum payout threshold ₹50 है।

यदि available/eligible commission balance ₹50 या उससे अधिक है, तो partner payout के लिए eligible हो सकता है, subject to applicable verification and payout conditions.

Eligible commission का payout उपलब्ध payment methods के माध्यम से किया जा सकता है:

• UPI
• Bank Account Direct Transfer
• Bank Transfer
• अन्य उपलब्ध payment methods

Affiliate Partner को सही और valid payment details provide करनी होंगी।

कुछ payouts verification, technical issues, bank processing, holidays, refunds, order review या अन्य operational reasons के कारण delay हो सकते हैं।

यदि किसी previously credited commission वाले order को बाद में cancel, return या refund किया जाता है, तो संबंधित commission को affiliate balance से deduct या adjust किया जा सकता है।

यदि adjustment के बाद available balance कम हो जाता है, तो future eligible commissions से adjustment किया जा सकता है।

Fraudulent, manipulated या invalid activity से generate हुई commission payable नहीं होगी। ऐसी commission को Hold, Reject, Reverse, या Deduct किया जा सकता है।

RCM DREAM STORE समय-समय पर product या program के अनुसार commission rates को change कर सकता है।

इसलिए Affiliate Partner को promotion करने से पहले applicable commission rate और current program conditions check करने की सलाह दी जाती है।

Affiliate Program में कोई fixed या guaranteed earning सुनिश्चित नहीं की जाती। Affiliate earning मुख्य रूप से Product, Commission rate, Successful eligible orders, Customer purchases, Returns/cancellations और Promotional activity पर निर्भर करती है।

यदि Affiliate Partner को किसी commission के संबंध में कोई समस्या या discrepancy दिखाई देती है, तो वह Support Team से संपर्क कर सकता है:

RCM DREAM STORE आवश्यकता के अनुसार इस Affiliate Commission Policy में बदलाव, update या modification कर सकता है। Partners को latest policy समय-समय पर check करनी चाहिए।

Affiliate commission की eligibility, validity, approval और adjustment का final determination applicable program rules, order status, tracking information और verification के आधार पर किया जाएगा।
