Affiliate Fraud & Abuse Policy

इस policy का उद्देश्य Affiliate Program में:

• Fraud और Commission manipulation को रोकना
• Fake orders और fake referrals को रोकना
• Customer trust और Affiliate tracking की integrity बनाए रखना
• सभी partners के लिए fair earning environment बनाए रखना

Affiliate Fraud का अर्थ ऐसी activity से है जिसमें कोई व्यक्ति Affiliate Program की system, tracking या commission process को गलत तरीके से manipulate करके unauthorized या invalid benefit प्राप्त करने का प्रयास करता है।

Affiliate Partner द्वारा ऐसे orders generate करना जो genuine customer purchases नहीं हैं, prohibited है।

• केवल commission के लिए fake order करना
• Artificial customer accounts बनाना
• Repeated suspicious orders करना
• Order process को intentionally manipulate करना

ऐसे orders की commission invalid मानी जा सकती है।

Affiliate system को manipulate करने के लिए multiple accounts या fake accounts बनाना prohibited है। किसी दूसरे व्यक्ति की identity या account information का unauthorized use भी prohibited है।

Self-order allowed है, लेकिन इसका abuse allowed नहीं है। यदि कोई Partner बार-बार artificial self-orders करता है, multiple accounts का उपयोग करता है या केवल commission generate करने के लिए orders/refund manipulate करता है, तो इसे abuse माना जाएगा।

Fake या artificial referrals बनाना prohibited है। इसमें Fake registrations, Duplicate referrals, Artificial accounts, और Referral info manipulation शामिल हैं।

Affiliate links पर artificial clicks या traffic generate करना prohibited है (जैसे Bots, Automated clicks, Click-exchange systems, Fake traffic services)।

Affiliate Partner किसी भी तरीके से commission calculation या attribution को manipulate नहीं कर सकता। System की technical weakness या loophole का misuse करना abuse माना जाएगा।

Affiliate tracking system को manipulate करके किसी order को गलत Affiliate Partner के साथ attribute करना, unauthorized tracking modification, या cookie manipulation prohibited है।

Affiliate Partner fake earning proof या fake payment proof बनाकर customers को mislead नहीं कर सकता (जैसे Fake payout/bank/UPI screenshots या fake dashboard proofs)।

Affiliate Partner को guaranteed income claims नहीं करने चाहिए (जैसे: “हर व्यक्ति रोज ₹5,000 guaranteed कमाएगा”)। ऐसे claims misleading हैं और violation माने जाएँगे।

Customer की जानकारी या account का उपयोग करके artificial commission generate करना prohibited है। Customer की permission के बिना उसके account या info का misuse नहीं किया जा सकता।

Affiliate Partner payment system को manipulate करने या गलत payment info देकर payout प्राप्त करने का प्रयास नहीं कर सकता। Fraudulent details पर payout hold या reject किया जा सकता है।

Commission प्राप्त करने के लिए order करके बाद में intentionally cancellation या refund process का misuse करना prohibited है। ऐसे patterns को review किया जा सकता है।

Affiliate Partner spam या abusive promotional activity (Bulk messages, Automated messages, Fake social accounts) के माध्यम से traffic या commission generate नहीं कर सकता।

RCM DREAM STORE security और integrity बनाए रखने के लिए Order info, Commission records, Tracking info, और Refund patterns के आधार पर suspicious activity की review कर सकता है।

यदि किसी commission या transaction पर suspicious activity दिखाई देती है, तो RCM DREAM STORE संबंधित commission को investigation complete होने तक temporarily hold कर सकता है।

यदि investigation या order status के बाद commission invalid पाई जाती है, तो RCM DREAM STORE उस commission को Reject, Reverse, Deduct या Adjust कर सकता है।

Fraud या abuse की reasonable suspicion होने पर संबंधित withdrawal request को verification complete होने तक temporarily hold किया जा सकता है।

Serious या repeated violation की स्थिति में Affiliate Partner account temporarily suspend किया जा सकता है, जिससे new commission, withdrawals, या account access restricted हो सकते हैं।

Serious policy violation की स्थिति में account permanently terminate किया जा सकता है। Termination होने पर invalid, fraudulent, या refunded commission payable नहीं होगी।

यदि previously paid commission बाद में invalid या cancelled order से संबंधित पाई जाती है, तो applicable amount को future eligible earnings से adjust किया जा सकता है।

RCM DREAM STORE internal investigation के दौरान partner से additional clarification मांग सकता है। Partner को requested info accurately provide करनी होगी।

Investigation के दौरान जानबूझकर false, misleading या fabricated information देना भी policy violation माना जाएगा।

किसी transaction का review या temporary hold होना अपने आप में fraud का final determination नहीं है। Technical issue या verification के लिए भी hold हो सकता है।

हर Affiliate Partner की जिम्मेदारी है कि वह Genuine customers refer करे, accurate info share करे, rules का पालन करे और अपने account को secure रखे।

यदि किसी Partner को system में suspected fraud दिखाई देता है, तो वह Support Team को report कर सकता है।

Report करते समय Relevant affiliate link, Order info, Screenshots, Date/Time, और Short description शेयर करें। (किसी की private info अनावश्यक रूप से share न करें)।

Violation की severity के अनुसार RCM DREAM STORE Warning, Hold, Reversal, Adjustment, Suspension या Permanent Termination का action ले सकता है।

Affiliate Partner को investigation के दौरान RCM DREAM STORE के reasonable verification requests में cooperate करना आवश्यक है।

RCM DREAM STORE समय-समय पर इस Fraud & Abuse Policy को update कर सकता है। Partners को समय-समय पर latest policy check करने की सलाह दी जाती है।
