Affiliate Referral & Tracking Policy

Affiliate Referral तब माना जाता है जब कोई customer Affiliate Partner द्वारा उपलब्ध कराए गए authorized affiliate link के माध्यम से RCM DREAM STORE पर पहुँचता है और eligible product/order करता है। Partner को केवल अपने authorized account से generated links का उपयोग करना चाहिए।

हर Affiliate Partner को unique affiliate link या referral link मिलता है। इस link के माध्यम से आने वाली eligible customer activity को tracking system द्वारा partner के account से associate किया जाता है। Link को सही तरीके से copy और share करना आवश्यक है।

जब customer link से आता है, तो tracking mechanism उस referral को Partner के साथ associate करता है। Eligible order successfully track और conditions पूरी होने पर commission account में दिखाई जाती है।

सामान्य affiliate tracking process का क्रम:

Tracking के लिए website/session info, parameters, cookies या technical mechanisms का उपयोग होता है।

Tracking की अवधि website के current configuration पर निर्भर करती है। यदि tracking period समाप्त हो जाता है, तो बाद में किया गया order automatically affiliate commission के लिए eligible नहीं माना जाएगा।

यदि customer अलग-अलग affiliate links से आता है, तो attribution system के अनुसार निर्धारित होगा। हर single transaction के लिए केवल एक Affiliate Partner को ही commission credit हो सकती है।

यदि customer link से आने के बाद बाद में purchase करता है, तो commission केवल तभी track होगी जब tracking mechanism referral को correctly retain और attribute रखता हो। इसकी guarantee हर परिस्थिति में संभव नहीं है।

अलग-अलग devices (जैसे एक पर visit और दूसरे पर purchase), browsers, accounts, या privacy settings के कारण referral tracking हमेशा successfully connect हो यह guaranteed नहीं है।

Affiliate tracking cookies पर निर्भर करती है। निम्न स्थितियों में referral track नहीं हो सकता:

• Cookies disable करने पर
• Browser data clear करने पर
• Private / Incognito mode का उपयोग करने पर
• Tracking restrictions या custom browser settings बदलने पर

Browser extensions, ad blockers या privacy tools tracking parameters को block या remove कर सकते हैं, जिससे referral attribution प्रभावित हो सकती है।

Affiliate Partner को अपने authorized link के tracking parameters, tracking code, या referral ID को manually modify करने का प्रयास नहीं करना चाहिए। यह prohibited है।

Affiliate link को misleading तरीके से disguise, cloak या redirect करके customer को गलत जानकारी देना strictly prohibited है।

Self-order allowed है, लेकिन tracking system का abuse allowed नहीं है। Artificial तरीके से referral generate करना या attribution manipulate करना prohibited है।

Fake referrals, artificial clicks, fake registrations, cookie manipulation या दूसरे partner की referral claim करने का प्रयास prohibited है।

Referral केवल genuine customer interest और legitimate purchase से संबंधित होना चाहिए। Artificial referrals commission के लिए eligible नहीं होंगे।

System में referral tracking इन stages से गुजर सकती है:

• Click / Visit
• Referred & Order
• Pending / Approved
• Paid / Cancelled / Returned / Refunded / Reversed

Track होने के तुरंत बाद commission final नहीं होती। Order verification, delivery, तथा return period समाप्त होने तक commission pending रह सकती है।

यदि order Cancel, Return, या Refund होता है या invalid पाया जाता है, तो commission approve नहीं होगी और credited amount reverse/adjust की जाएगी।

Browser restrictions, network issues, tracking parameter removal या external factors के कारण हर visit/order successfully track होना guaranteed नहीं है।

Dashboard में Clicks, Referrals, Orders, Pending/Approved/Paid Earnings देख सकते हैं। Displayed info verification के दौरान अद्यतन की जा सकती है।

यदि कोई eligible order track नहीं होता, तो link, order number, datetime, तथा screenshot के साथ support team से संपर्क करें। Untracked orders के लिए credit guaranteed नहीं है।

Tracking के दौरान customer की personal info सुरक्षित रखी जाती है। Affiliate Partner किसी customer की private info को collect, sell या share नहीं कर सकता।

Third-party tracking tools का उपयोग करते समय applicable privacy laws और platform policies का पालन करना Partner की जिम्मेदारी है।

केवल click होना commission की guarantee नहीं है। Commission का मुख्य सूत्र:

Fake clicks या tracking abuse पाए जाने पर Fraud & Abuse Policy के तहत commission hold, reject या reverse कर account suspend/terminate किया जा सकता है।

System updates, link formats या tracking technologies में बदलाव की स्थिति में tracking mechanisms समय-समय पर अपडेट किए जा सकते हैं।

Technical व external factors के कारण 100% tracking guaranteed नहीं है। System records के आधार पर ही final attribution मानी जाएगी।

System का misuse पाए जाने पर referrals reject, commissions reverse/hold, withdrawals stop, और account terminate किया जा सकता है।

RCM DREAM STORE आवश्यकता अनुसार इस Affiliate Referral & Tracking Policy को update कर सकता है। Latest policy समय-समय पर check करते रहें।
